Eric has 14+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition for startups.
He was most recently Head of Talent Acquisition at GIPHY, which he took from 12 hc to over 200 (acquired by Meta to join Instagram’s team) and prior to that he lead recruitment at Gawker Media, where he hired everyone from the CTO to the barista (acquired by Univision). Eric, began his career at UBS where he managed contingent hiring and eventually the permanent hiring as well.
His wide scope of experience has gifted him the ability to find and secure top talent across multiple industries.
Sergio nieto
Sergio is a serial entrepreneur with 10+ years in founding and advising a variety of start-ups.
His most recent ventures are element6 Dynamics (100M+ Valuation), Vault 721 (as seen in entrepreneur, NYT, Decrypt) and EVR (Raised Pre-seed at 6M).
Sergio is a sales and strategy wizard, navigating disruptive waters with the seasoned foresight needed to ensure positive business outcomes. He has hands on experience in cap raises, strategic and bulk hiring, board build-outs and has facilitated multiple acquisitions.
